Take out anything that can be used as a nest and maybe swap things round in her cage. Someone with more experience in breeding will surely help more?

If she is lifting her tail to the disco ball, remove it. Where are the eggs and how is she incubating them? Do not have a nest box, hollow logs, snuggle huts, coconuts or anything remotely similar to any of these in her cage. Take everything out of her cage, replace with different things, move perches to different positions, even move the cage to a different room.
The eggs are obviously not going to be fertile if she does not have a mate; incubating the eggs is what she would normally do to allow the embryo to develop into a chick. The eggs are not laid with a ready-to-hatch chick inside.

24 eggs is a huge amount over a summer , she must be worn out. Hens are determined if nothing else!!
I hope with removal of some items and a reshuffle of other items it will help to cease laying more eggs.

Also make sure she is getting plenty of calcium in her diet, add it to her water as well. This will all be taking a huge toll on her health.
