I think I asked this question before in previous forum, but just to refresh my memory:
I give spanich to my budgies dailly, is it ok ?

Spinach is great Tariq . Just monitor their droppings and if they become too wet and loose, maybe reduce it to 4-5 times a week. But it should be ok . It's full of nutrients/minerals/vitamins

Like anything , in moderation Tariq...................look at the size of the birds head, that size amount of food is plenty for one bird all, day

I think this probably applies to most animals, including humans. There was a book title I always remember "Never Eat Anything Bigger Than Your Head".

All those leafy greens are really full of good vitamins and minerals. The English-type spinach, as well as the Asian leafy greens like Bok Choy, Pak Choy etc...there are lots of varieties of those Asian spinach-like greens and I can't remember all their names.

Mine are crazy about coriander leaves. I mix it with spinach and lettuce.
