I need some advices here please. My Vinous is a male budgie and he is so coward, I success to make him trust the back of my hand, two balls and one drum; however, he just scared of anything else especially if it is not yellow or green, even if the toy is smaller than him. Also he rarely go out of his cage, and it happened only 3 times this year when I watched a movie on my cell, he went out and watched with me. If I want to get him out of his cage, the only way is to show him some budgies on Youtube, and he will go out to check them, and then I close the cage and put some toys near to him and he starts to play with them for a while then he stands still !
I had another budgie who was much more curious and sociable, and I think this one has a psychological problem with my hand, he accepts to stand on the back of my hand and my arm, but he has never accepts to stand on my palm, and usually he start to shaking when I close my hand to the poor guy. I think this is because he is mistreated by his previous owner as he lift him in a small cage for two years and his kids were playing (torturing) him with their hands. If I were in his chose, I would never trust a human again.
What I should do?

While you don't say how long you have had him for, what you can't do is rush things - he will trust you more and more if you leave him to do so at his own pace. Trying to force him will only result in him retreating back to no trust at all. Continue doing what you have been. Expect no more, and be rewarded when he does choose to trust you more. As you say he was not treated well previously, it sounds to me as though he is doing rather well. On another note, I'm not so sure Vinous is a male, looking at your photo, but if you wish for us to take a better look with another photo, front-on, focused and reasonably close-up should help determine gender.

Here you go, my coward boy or girl!! Oh, that is definitely a boy coward! Your original photos seemed to show white rings around his nares and a washed out blue to the rest of his cere which was why I asked. Photos can definitely lie, when it comes to budgies and their cere colouring.
