Now quarantine is over the newbies have been introduced to one another (they came from the same shop, but at different times, so hopefully they do really know one another), and also been introduced to the original gang. The oldies, haven't much time, or really even noticed the newbies, but it's early days. Buddy, on the right of the picture, moved into the big cage on day one of his integration day, and Joe did exactly the same yesterday. They both had the cage they were in near the big cage, all doors open and there was no hesitation, big cage, lots of toys were too much to resist and of course all that room to fly around. Am fed up with newspapers all over the conservatory windows!! We will see how things pan out. I'm hoping they will be best mates. Buddy & Joe by on Flickr

They are lovely. I'm sure they will have loads of fun with all the toys and their new buddies.

Just for you jellybean, another one of the two boys. I am ashamed to say this one and the other pic I posted on your thread are the only two I have taken since they've all been together. Sorry. 2 Boys by on Flickr I think I have now just been able to remember which one is which. The very green one is Buddy and the more olive coloured one is Joe. Has taken me a while as Buddy's tail feather broke off soon after I got him, but he seem to have fully grown the new one but Joe seems to have lost his longest tail feather. Hence I got very confused to start with (easily done!!)

I must say Buddy and Joe sit together a lot, not too close, if they get too close one biffs the other. But they seem to have settled into the routine pretty well, Buddy moreso as he's been here the longest. At least they don't hate one another. Pip? you ask samwiseg, well, Pip HATES everyone until she wants to be fed by Jerry, or preened by Jerry. But I did notice the other day that Buddy was feeding her! What a tart she is!!! Edit: I also noticed that Buddy always sits to the left (on the right side of Joe). Strange.
