So I was wondering if this cage would be okay for budgies? I want them to have a large cage, and I recently asked on Reddit whether the bar spacing would be okay (I also looked it up. The bar spacing is 1.5cm. I currently have a cage with about this much bar spacing, i've had it for two months and nothing's happened yet,) and the one person who replied said it was too wide.
I can't find any cages worth buying (big enough) that have bar spacing under 1.5cm, and all custom cages i've tried to find are over €1k. I jus't can't spend that much.
Can you tell me if this is ok bar spacing, and if not, can I try and have some links to better cages?? Anything under €160 is okay, but I'm limited in all cm dimentions (this cage linked above is likely the largest one I can get.)
Bonus question: How many budgies will comfortably fit in this cage?
Thanks Also, I had no idea where to post this, sorry.

In the comments section for that cage someone said "only issue is the budgie found that the spacing of the bars is not equally spaced and was able to squeeze through the gap". The problem I find is that the bigger the cage, the bigger the bar spacing. I don't know why cage designers don't realise that we want to buy big cages for our small birds! I have two of these, Liberta Oregon, that have 9mm spacing. EDIT: I know others have the Hamberley, which also has good bar spacing.
