hello guys, I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I don't know where to turn to. I have two budgies (both females) One budgie I have read a lot and have pretty much trained. The other one though, always yells and bites her. it has been almost 2 years and I've had little to no progress. I tried splitting them and then reintroducing them. She hurts my other budgie, doesn't let her eat, and makes her forget the training I had with her. I'm trying my best to make them as happy as possible and it hurts me that I can't make her happy. Do you guys have any tips?

I'd separate them permanently if time out doesn't stop the behaviour, or at least give the more passive hen a separate cage to retreat to for peace and quiet and feeding.
Do they have time out of the cage for flying and playing, and how big is their cage? A lot of aggression comes from birds living in too close proximity so that they are constantly in the other's personal space.
