Vets will usually provide that service.
Or you can do it yourself. Just be careful to avoid the quick (the red part inside the nail) as it will bleed. Best to keep cornflour to hand so that you can quickly staunch any bleeding.
You probably only need to trim the very tip. If you have natural wood perches with the bark on of varying thicknesses then you shouldn't need to cut the claws at all.

Hello mdjlucan. Are you sure that this is absolutely necessary? As once you start cutting the claws, it will have to be done on a regular basis. As @sillycat84 has said, if your birdy has tree branch perches and different thickness ones, the claws keep trim. Could you post a photo??
