I have not used any of these products and would instead recommend using natural diet to improve on these. The only supplement that me and my mom have been using for past 3 years is BirdPlus, which seems well to go during weather change and is purely a vitamin supplement. It has helped my mom's birdies at various occasions when any of her birdie has been dull and/or sick.. It has helped my birdies throughout long journeys across different states and stay in different cities with different weather conditions. We add birdplus 2 drops in 100ml water in the morning and remove after 2 hours.
For feather color, you could instead include a diet that can help with the feather color and health. During their moult, this is what I follow: Lysine rich diet (protein/aminoacid) - boiled egg, fenugreek, quinoa, whole legumes. Cystine rich diet like flax seeds, legumes, chickpea, and within strict limits: sunflower seed, almond, cashew.
Getting them a balanced vitamin rich diet helps with their overall health. Vitamin A can be absorbed through carrots, bell peppers, broccoli and rarely spinach. Vit C through bell peppers, broccoli. Vit D through unfiltered sunlight. Feather color from red millet or finger millet.
Calcium requirements can be fulfilled via a good quality clean non smelly cuttlefish bone and a mineral block and quinoa. For cuttlefish bone, I also add a bowl/plate beneath it.. They also prefer eating the powder that's left over from their cuttlefish bone chewing
I also keep some pieces of himalayan pink salt block. Occasionally prepare herbal tea for them at home. My mom prepares concentrated herbal tea for 3 days to dilute and use it for her flock.
I also add organic unfiltered unpasteurized Apple cider vinegar 'with the mother' in their overnight water. As everyone has advised over here - 3 drops in 100 ml water and ACV has so many benefits, feed them ACV water in evening every alternate day (but never in combination with antibiotics). I use Bragg ACV.
A drop of virgin coconut oil in soft food once in a while..and one herb variety twice a month - coriander, mint, dill, thyme, etc
Since mine seemed to have a zinc deficiency, I give them the zinc D3 supplement once in a while as well in water..
Normally I don't mix anything in their seeds or soft food, unless it's a medicine prescribed to be added to food and not water.

There is no information available on the different products, nothing to say what is in them and/or how often to feed. For this reason I wouldn’t think about using them. An iodine, mineral block and cuttlebone available in the cage at all times, and a good healthy diet consisting of a variety of different seeds, supplemented with plenty of vegetables should be all that is required.

You got me with 'aridity' Hezz, I had to look that one up I've learnt something new already today and it's only 9am! Great word but just wondered if it autocorrected from 'variety' somehow? Or am I showing my ignorance? (Dreading the answer to that one

I'm guessing that you're right willowsmum and that Hezz meant variety. Not sure what a dryness of available seeds would mean Plus it would be an aridity, not a aridity. Okay I have over analysed this enough

I’m using a tablet and little keyboard and still getting used to the feel of it. Don’t feel silly; I’ve cringed when I’ve read some of my own posts a second time. PS. I have now corrected myself and I think I now might make a little more sense!

Does she seems normal to you guys ? She is very active but sleeps some time in day and she is like this only from starting. Also she is shedding some feathers and some white feathers are coming out from her back.

I think I was slightly more confused simply because you were referring to dry seeds and therefore aridity wasn't completely out of place in the sentence. Good word to remember for future games of Scrabble

She is very young, and if going through a moult this can take a lot of energy out of them, to replace the dropped feathers. A little eggfood or hard boiled egg mashed up can help with giving them the protein needed to grow those new feathers. Obviously she is sleepy there, but if she is normally energetic then a sleep in the middle of the day is allowed, as long as her poops look good, and she is eating and drinking as she should.
How to use the honey sticks? Sparingly, since the seeds are stuck together with honey and budgies do not require a lot of sugar in their diet. You could try breaking small amounts off it and using these as your training tool, but don’t leave them hanging in her cage for her to help herself. My experience has been that budgies do seem to either love them or ignore them, and they don’t have any benefit over a mix of good variety and quality of seed.

Her poop is little wet than usual and weather is too cold here.
