Tough to say given the age and the diluting effect of opaline. It is indeed a strong hue given those two factors, so I'd guess yes, opaline double factor violet cobalt. yellowfacedviolet I’m still reading up on mutations, trying to get my head around it all. Is there a particular relevance to Louie being a double factor violet other than being such a beautiful colour?
Not especially. It simply means each parent contributed violet rather than just a single parent. And it usually means the violet color will be more intense in shade. But here, there's a diluting factor--opaline--which dilutes body color by about 10-15%.

Didn't know opaline did that. Guess that might explain the different in green between Munchy and Pippin. Learn something new every day.
Those two are absolutely gorgeous, by the way.
