That partly depends what's caused the other 4 to pass and what the 5th is suffering with.
A trip to an avian vet would be my first port of call in such an instance.
General first aid advice would be to keep the bird warm by warming the room it's in with some form of safe heating device, cover 3 sides of the cage/enclosure to help keep the warmth in, blocking any draughts. Set up the enclosure so that everything is easy to reach without expending much energy. Millet spray is an easy to digest food that is energy rich. You may be better off moving the bird into the house if it's still in the garage.
Without more specific symptoms it's difficult to offer any other advice.

A garage is probably not the best place for budgies to live either, especially if it is used to house any kind of motor - cars being started in an enclosed space is not a healthy environment, plus all the other potentially harmful liquids and chemicals.
Definitely a vet for the remaining bird.

Definitely a vet for the remaining bird. As stated they live in an out door Avery and are only in our garage temporarily while the parents are on holiday. They are now all in the house. 10 cages which ideally I didn't want having a 1 year old The garage is empty and not used for the car. So no chemicals or motor fumes.

Thanks for your reply I syringe fed the d the blue one. He's seemed to really have perked up this morning considering last night he was lifeless and couldn't lift his head. He did eat some food last night and has been flying round the lounge I've got him in a dark animal crate in the lounge where it's warmer I'll get some millett sorry today
