I wish I could help you but I don't know what's going on. It could be a build up of tissue which is causing her to hold her wing out a bit. I would take her to the vet to have it looked at. Others with more experience may have an idea what it is.

It could possibly be a feather cyst. Her beak looks odd, did you say she had scalyface mites?
It's possible she has a fatty liver, I'd get her to a vet to be checked out. I know you say she's normally puffed up, but she looks a little sick to me.

I know you say she's normally puffed up, but she looks a little sick to me. She had scaly leg mites but her cere got affected as well. I want to take her to the vet as soon as possible but it'll have to be delayed until Sunday. Is there anything I can do at home to help her? Ps. I managed to finally transition them into a veggie/grain/sprout diet instead of the commercial bird seeds. Hopefully I'll see an improvement.
