Hello everyone, My male and female budgie make these loud clicking sounds when they're biting into the greens. I don't know why. They're healthy, don't have breathing problems, and don't make these clicking sounds when eating anything else. It only happens when they're eating green leafy foods. I theorize that they may click their beaks to bite into the greens but that's just me. I want to know whether it's something normal for them to do or not? They also don't make clicking sounds anywhere else even while just sitting. They only do this when eating greens in specific. Not even seeds. Oh and the greens I am talking about in general are Spinach and Cilantro. And they love these. Thanks.

Welcome!
No idea about the clicking, my budgies don't do that but they do love spinach and especially, cilantro!
Some pics of your birds would be lovely and if you can post a video of the clicking, that might help some of the experienced forum members here.
