Hello all How long do you's give from when pairing your budgies in breeding cages till eggs, it's just becos I have a pair which have been togeather for a couple of weeks and no eggs, they have bonded and female is in and out of nest but nothing yet, all the others I paired at the same time are sat on clutches of eggs, so was just wondering shud I put them back into avairy and try them at later date?

After pairing mine take a week before eggs.

7-14 days is normal but if nothing is laid after 3-4 weeks they are split up

Ok cheers, it's been nearly a month so if there's nout by the weekend they can both join the avairy , the hen has took all nesting material out the nest
