Anyone care to offer up one of their birds for the role of Britain's PM? Iris perhaps? Gwen? Or Chocobo? I'm sure they would all do a fabulous job.

I would like to volunteer George for the job. He's wise (10 years old) and he knows how to run a household. He will squiggle at his MP's to keep them in line. He's also promised to keep millet spray and seed at reasonable prices.

Marianne Marlow I could see George doing an excellent job. It sounds like he has all the necessary skills.

Lol. I think George would do well. Max is personable and in touch with the public.
Seriously, It’s a farce - UK is a laughing stock and we’re all paying the price.
Selfishly, I’m praying the triple lock pension is upheld.
I think I’ll watch the news in a week, to see who it is next. I liked how Penny Mordant spoke in parliament the other day. It seems you don’t need more than that, lol

Herman has already accepted the role of PM although no one has offered it to him. My vote is for George. He's the budgie for the job.

I would like to suggest Toby for the job. Yes, he does have sweetcorn all over his face, but don't let that mislead you. He showed true character yesterday evening when an impromptu wake up from the dark by me switching the lights on at 7pm resulted in him jumping off the swing and onto the perch by Finlay, who he proceeded to sing at and beak bash with gusto. A brave bird indeed, but clearly one with the guts necessary to get the job done. His primary manifesto pledge is free sweetcorn for all.

I'm genuinely torn now. The sweetcorn deal sounds mighty tempting.

Nubby was already elected but resigned with immediate effect as he didnt think he was up to the job. Part of the reason is he wanted the record for being the shortest serving Prime Minister. He is now taking refuge at his holiday home, hiding from the paparzzi.

Nubby is a budgie who knows how to party, I see. Just like a former PM I can think of!

Charlie would like to be nominated for health secretary, because he thinks he has the most experience of health issues. He may wish to keep having time off for personal reasons, but hope the other party members would understand…..He also thinks George would make a good PM…..he was swayed by the millet 👏👏

Charlie would make the best Cabinet spokesperson, that much is certain!
