George sings to Pete and Custard

I found this photo on my blog from 17/6/17.

It was so cute!

It says

Yesterday evening just before budgie bedtime it looked like some of the budgies were having a meeting. But on closer inspection I could see that George was singing to Pete and Custard while they listened intently.

I’m not sure why they found it so fascinating. Perhaps they were trying to learn the tune?

That's so sweet

Prothall is my best singer. Just now, in the kitchen, Mhoram flew right up to him, as close as he could get without touching, cocked his head and sat there listening to Prothall's song. I don't know what prompts the intense interest but I see that amongst the Flock, from time to time.

George certainly had a respectful and appreciative audience there!
