I have rescued a stray budgie and not sure of the gender. I have asked a few people and the replies are split between male and female. It is mostly white with a bold blue patch on its back and a couple faint blue areas near the neck. I also have another rescue budgie who I think is male. He is blue and white. Not sure of the age of either of them either but I have been to,d they are fairly young. Obviously I don’t care either way but if I have two different genders they will have different caring needs, so it Lidl be good to know for sure. Thank for the help. back of bird in question I think this one is male Front of bird i am not sure of gender.

Wow, lovely looking budgies! Well done for rescuing them, I have so much respect for people who do this.
The middle budgie is male in my view.
The other budgie, the former stray who won the lottery by being rescued, looks young, less than eight months I believe. That being the case, the cere tells me that it is also a boy.
I have been wrong about such things in the past but I am reasonably confident this time (again!)

I must not have posted my response yesterday … both boys from me, also.
