Do you find that your Budgies are able to eat all parts of the Nutriberries? I crumble them as much as possible*. Occasionally, I find rather big pieces of dried bell pepper, a dried pea, or fruit. Should I keep taking those out and giving them to our Sun Conure, or can our Budgies handle them?
* I usually do this by gently crushing the Nutriberries through the bag with a hammer, then pouring them into a plastic container. The harder pieces can actually make a few tiny holes in the bag.

Depends which Nutriberries you're using, I think. The ones I have are the classic cockatiel ones, and those my lot can eat all of. And they could probably eat all of the parakeet ones if those were available here.

Like Ira, I only use the cockatiel mix for my Flock. Personal opinion but I don't like the ingredient list of the other varieties. Besides, the fruited varieties aren't suitable in large quantities for budgies due to the high fruit (and sugar) content.
The pellets get fairly demolished by my birbs, there's little waste at all. I really wish they were available again, especially now that I have an actual cockatiel!
