'Morning everyone!
Sorry to be a pest, but this is your visually challenged forum member who always has problems when it comes to finding information I need on ANY forum, not just this one.
Have we had a discussion on hanging latex budgies toys? If so, could I be pointed in the right direction so I can read it please?
Thanks lots Fran x

I don't think latex toys have been brought up before. I don't think I have seen latex toys, Fran. Give my poor brain a hint on what they may be - I can't for the life of me think of a latex budgie toy. If the question has been raised previously, I want to see it too.

this is the one I am talking about. It came from Pets at Home. Label says BEAKS TOYS and it is manufactured in Malaysia for James & Steel Ltd, Cinderford GL14 2YF - Latex Caribbean Ocean Mix - select a toy for the type and size of your bird - this product is not indestructible and should be used under supervision only. The star shapes are very, very solid and almost like hard ceramic - the green ball seems to be wood - the yellow and red things on the 'stalk' are like thick and rubbery - the grey 'stalk' is slightly stretchy - there are seashells on it too. Should I use it as an occasional 'out of cage' plaything rather than a chew toy in the cage? Excuse elegant background to the photo - it is the messy corner of our dining table which is the big PC's home

So are the "stalks" like grey tubing? I would be inclined to use outside, like you say, as an occasional, as I would be concerned that if they are destructable, the birds are less likely to worry it to the extent of them accidently swallowing any, if they only get to play one it now and then.

Agree with Hezz. If there's any chance of that latex rubber being chewed off and eaten, it could cause all sorts of problems in their insides.
