Put a few drops of undiluted Calcivet (Liquid calcium for birds) in her beak, move her to a hospital cage without perch and keep her warm. She should pass the egg in few hours. If not take her to vet.
Do not attempt to squeeze her to help pass the egg. You can crack the shell of the egg inside her body.

cooking oil at a pinch, around her vent if
the egg is visible Yours B.J.

Are you sure she was egg bound because an egg bound hen can become egg bound anytime again.

Hi if she's passed the egg then she's no longer egg bound. Her next egg should be already awaiting it's lay time unless its the last of her clutch. If she appears none the worst for it return her so she can finish the breeding cycle she started. If she looks really ill then sometime in a hospital cage is recommended. Dehydration is believed to contribute to this condition. Plenty of soaked/sprouted seed should be available to breeding birds. Yours B.J.
