During my 18 years experience with budgiregars, for the first time I saw a male mating with male successfully. Yesterday I saw two of my males who seemed to be good friends mating exactly like they mate with female till end. Has anybody seen such experience as well.
Thanks

So, it means that birds can also be homosexual? Interesting.

So, it means that birds can also be homosexual? Interesting. We prefer to call it gay Tariq and yes we have gays in the animal kingdom also

He may be mating with him, Tariq, but I am sure it will not be 'successfully'. Don't hold your breath waiting for babies.

I haven't seen two males do so, not even kissing.
I agree with Stace that it cannot be successful, as it is rebellious to the laws of nature.

From mating successfully i mean for long time they mated with one wing spread to hold him and chaning position... lol This was my first time in life to see such incedent in budgies.
