hi As some off you may know i got some birds today and one off them has a ring on is there anyway i can find out more info about the bird if i can track the breeder down? the ring number is
11 L3183 10

Hi Try your local Bird/Budgie Soc. You will have then to
become a member for the info you need. The number
Gives year of birth, breeders initial & number, & consecutive

the 11 is the 11th chick of the year the L is the first letter of the surname the 3183 is the number code for that person the 10 means the budgie was bred in 2010
sorry thats all I can help with as I cannot find this number in my BS membership booklet but its only up till 2009

Either a light green cock or light green spangle hen u bought it from the chester area ?? someone on here bought the stud I researched the stud and trust me worth u going back for more they were sold cheap and I understand would be sold on for less than a pet shop bird.. If you havent got him theres a light green cock there I have his Father and brothers here and info just ask I know the history back to the start of the line glad you have one small world..

Paul they went to a dealer he came all the way down for birds from me locals seem to want to travel across the bridge but these birds originated from one of the top 10 lines in the country dont ask me why but they wont buy local I may show may not but if you had travelled all the way down the dealer has done u a favour hes got loads more if you want his number let me know
