My father in law gave me a sack of seed that he used to feed the wild birds in the garden. It consists of dried sweetcorn, black sunflower seeds and what looks to be groats. Would this be ok to be fed as a treat to my budgies please?

Give them sunflower seeds sparingly and not very often. It is likely that they won't eat it. The other two should be fine. Dried sweetcorn maybe a little hard for them.
