foster eggs are due to hatch this coming week. all going well upto now. 5 lovely chicks with more to come

chick found dead today it was the latest chick to hatch... so all other eggs are fostered now and he is leaving her with 4 chicks .. i shall update with pictures every few days

messaged him today the chicks are coming along fine. i speak to the guy everyday. he probly thinks im a pest but i loved my budgies and im gona keep asking how they are doing everyday as thats how i am even though they are not mine anymore i still care for them very much

its been a while since ive been on due to the fact ive had to look after a couple dogs and my birds lol ... anyways the budgies are coming on fine ... 1 died as the mother has stopped feeding them so now 3 are being hand reared. and the others are with foster parents doing well ..

there is only 4 healthy chicks which survived from her first clutch she did have 10 eggs though. still awaiting pic the guys busy with work and a new born baby

I have never seen or heard of 10 eggs clutch to hatch or survive all. Wow, your friend is having babies on every front ;D Congratulate him on our behalf
