Our Trill's, (Australian) list of ingredients: (This is from 2kg box, in case Stace's 500g box is different) "Making premium birdfood for Australian birds since 1895" A mix of five or more of the following: White French millet, Panorama millet, Panicum, Wheat, Sorghum, Dehulled Oats, Japanese millet, Shirohie millet, Canary seed, Red millet, Canola seed and Linseed, shellgrit. Plus Nutrivit containing all the vits and minerals etc. It's the same, Hezz, except the 500g box has the vegetable flakes added. I usually buy the big one too.

Do you want to put up a list from your Trill, Matt? Or anyone in UK, for that matter? As per my mouse disease post, all my trill is decanted into sealed containers. I'll take a pic of a box in the shop tomorrow though - get me out the house

Beware of pet shop weigh in bags , you see no contente break downs or sell by date displayed. For a few birds i would use haiths 50/50 mix My seeds are Versalage , i purchase £100 worth at a time all of which are straights ( unmixed seeds) , buying this way saves me paying any vat. This is very true and not just petshops do it alot of seed suppliers do this also they will split a bag of say groats into 1kg bags and sell off for 2 pound, BUT the potential buyer does not know when these bags were packed so there is no way of knowing! The seed supplier i go to does this and i know of 1kg seed bags to of been there for 1 year and they get left until they do get sold.
So beware of this!!
Also i was feeding the birds on Country Wide seed bags 20kg, very poor quality seed which i found insects in the actual company didnt want to know very poor attitude, i switched back to Bucktons straight away i noticed the quality compared to country wide! the smell when i openedthe bag was fresh and the colour of the seed was very very clean.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! THERES NO POINT IN BUYING THE CHEAPEST SEED IN THE SHOP IF ITS POOR QUALITY SO PAY THAT LITTLE EXTRA FOR BETTER SEED!

The Trill I shared here was from a few months back. I was feeling bad that I shared it here and it may have changed since. So I went to a local market to check Trill seed mix. Guess what, nothing much has changed since. Here is the picture. Attachments:
