What suppliments do you include in your birds diet?
I dont use any we believe in keeping the feeding simple, i have used a few products in the past with no changes to the birds..

Mine get iodine in their water once or twice a week and a vitamin additive in their water one week in every month. Plus cuttlefish readily available and a calcium+iodine block. Iodine had been added to my routine because of possible health problems in my eldest. Iodine deficiency is the most cause of hypothyroidism, and is easily supplemented.

Interesting thread, as I am making a list of budgie diets and supplements to order with international delivery as nothing available here. And it will be good to add a few things to the list. Currently I use Vitalyte. www.anupco.com/products/vitalyte.htmlOther than that, some calcium, herbal teas, garlic (raw or powder), ginger powder and cinnamon powder. They have some mineral blocks and cuttlebones too.

SUPPLIMENTS, I ment suppliments such as carrs products or the birdcare products, not cuttlefish or iodine blocks, they are the norm and everyone gives them.

EMP eggfood (if that counts) year round. that's about it, im thinking of using calcivet again this year, only when/if im breeding them though. Apart from that, last time i went over the top with supplements, so iv'e cut way down on them . So do you just feed seed and cuttlebone etc when breeding, or do you use eggfood too . (I know round here eggfood is the "norm" but not everywhere

I don't give mine any. They just have a cuttlebone and iodine block for sources of calcium and iodine. Trill contains iodine too, and I give them a mix of that and some cheaper seed. Then of course they get fresh veg, which should provide them with nutrients they need.
The supplement thing is quite confusing. I had a bird for 13 years who had no supplements and ate nothing but seed, with the occassional orange and bits of our food. She had perfect health and was put to sleep due to a broken leg.

Pet birds which are kept in homes on seed diet but having occasional greens and some other foods available in the home, would be fine. Breeding birds require supplements and tonic diets.
