If they are right, some prices are slashed by 50%. It looked good to me if anyone is considering a new cage.

AVOID that shop!! I have shopped with them for years. I bought the Finca Melodia with no problems, ordered another one which had bent sides, ordered the smaller version to use as a quarantine cage and one of the doors is not hooked on correctly and doesn't stay shut without being clipped shut.
Then I decided to buy a Montana San Remo Parrot cage from them. Worst mistake ever!
Very very long story short - first cage they sent had a bent side panel that would not sit flush, the top where the landing pad sits to the cage was bent totally out of shape, it was dusty as hell and if that wasn't bad enough the back panel of the cage was not even included in the box! When I emailed them about this, 30 minutes after delivery they offered me 50pounds and told me to source the parts myself, a hell of a lot of complaining later and they agreed to send out a replacement and arrange collection of the other one, ignored that I asked for a full refund as I would buy the cage elsewhere.
When the new cage came the other side panel was damaged, as was the tray. Luckily I had enough undamaged parts to make a decent cage. No compensation not even an apology, this is after I complained to Montana direct and another company contacted them for me as well.
The packaging has gone downhill in the last couple of years and items are no longer padded properly ending up with bent and broken parts and any seed treats are a crumpled mess.
Save yourself the hassle. I only use Scarletts Parrot Essentials or Northern Parrots now.

I do agree with you there, I bought a cage from them a while back and it was damaged. Their products aren't the best quality. The rope perches are delivered frayed, the perches I ordered were a lot bigger diameter than it claimed and all horribly rough and flakey. The only good thing I have bought from them was a play gym and even then its not the best quality. My favourite place to buy from is Scarletts, oh and I make my own toys too so they get homemade a lot x

Different people have different experiences. I have never had a problem with them.

Sorry to hear that some people have had problems with this company....although others seem quite happy with the service and goods they received.
I ordered a something biggish cage (Montana Casa something or other) for the 6 flappers. I waited patiently and excitedly and..... it didn't turn up.
I tried tracking the package... no sign of it once it had been dispatched. Vanished!!
I contacted the company who investigated, apologised and explained that the order had vanished somewhere on the continent. They immediately re ordered and the Flappers had their new home a couple of days later. No problems.
The packaging was sufficient to protect the cage and all the bits were there at a decent discounted price.
Well... that's my limited experience of them. I'd probably order from them again if they had something I wanted at a competitive price.
