My granddad just read on the North Devon Gazette website that a blue-grey budgie, believed to be male, has been found by a wall opposite Kiln Close Lane, which is between Bideford and Westly. He's apparently very tame and friendly and was found at around 12pm on January the 3rd.
If the budgie can't be reunited with it's owner then there is a breeder nearby who will take him in, apparently. But if anyone knows who this bird my belong to then they can contact reporter Sarah Howells by phone on 01271 341658, or email her at sarah.howells@archant.co.uk
