My little jailbird doesn't like millet! She prefers just Trill and the odd nibble of carrot so I'm wondering what I can feed her for treats/rewards. Any suggestions welcome

No millet? That's a shame. For healthy treats, my bird likes carrot, apple, sometimes tropical fruit like mango. He even like tomato which isn't common with budgies. He has a nibble then starts smacking his lips like a human while he looks at me with his big eyes.
Do you have any seeding grass around? That's a real favourite with many. Collect from somewhere clean, free from dog or bird poop and away from busy roads and exhaust fume areas. Give it a good wash. I give it a swish in white vinegar. A spray of white vinegar mixed in water in good for cleaning too.
You could try a little dry toast every once in a while. Preferably from quality bread, if you ever have that at home. Nibbling toast is a big treat round my way.
Basil they sometimes like. You can even give them a try of a bit of rosemary, or coriander.
Mine also like swiss chard. And if you want to share a little hard boiled egg in the morning. You can also give him a nibble on the cooked shell. It's got good calcium in it.
Mine also likes raw beetroot, but it makes him look like an axe murderer afterwards.
Try persisting with the millet though. You might find Sky might change her mind.

Well, that's certainly food for thought. Sky has a little nibble on the millet but she's really not keen. Toast, grass seed, egg shell and cress - wonderful ideas and she shall be offered all to see what she might like. Thank you

Corn on the cob is a firm favourite, as is broccoli. Any of the Asian greens ....... snow peas ......
