What time do your birds settle down for the night? Mine are just sitting still in there perches and haven't moved for a while. Does this mean they are ready for sleep or just bored lol?

I don't put the main light on at all, I put the lamp when it starts to get dark so they settle down and put the cover over them at about 10

Yeh I've got the main light on but it's not very bright. I've covered the back and sides will cover the front about 10 when I go to bed. Mia is tucking her head now but I don't think Kevin is

Mine settle down for nine as so do I. Funnily enough they are at my mums at the moment and she just said they are trying to go to sleep and I said I know and told her to go to bed as she was keeping them up....she told me where to go promptly.

Love it!! I tell my family to keep the noise down too if they start getting a bit rowdy after dark. It isn't always appreciated.

Mine keep their routine with dawn and dusk throughout the year, so they take naps during day in summer.

Mine has a strict sun up and sun down time for waking and sleeping as well. I feel the routine is good, for everyone. He's happy to go to sleep under his cover even while we're still up. If we make too much noise at night, he meeps at us sleepily to quieten down.
