Wow Starlingqueen! You livingroom is more full of pets than mine! :-D I'm very impressed :-D I have in my livingroom 2 rabbit hutches 5ft and 4 ft within a big pen with 2 rabbits, 2 hahns macaws, 2 dogs and a 3 ft aquarium. In the bedroom I have 29 budgies, 2 celestials and 2 bourkes. The hahns sleep there at night. Needless to say, we don't sleep in there ;-) My bloke is really very tolerant of it all considering, but refuses to handle, feed, dog walk, or basically do anything regarding the animals lol. But it works both ways. When he gets in from work I don't moan that hes shedding mud and woodchip from his clothes and boots all over the place as I expect to hoover twice a day at least ;-)

My OH always complains that I sort the buds out before him i.e. food, beverages and attention he feels like he has been demoted! My nan comes home, Munchy starts whistling for attention, she goes to hang out the washing, gives up after opening the washing machine door, and sorts him out, all before taking her coat off My boyfriend doesn't have a problem with Munchy, although he jokingly looks upset if I talk all lovingly to Munchy instead of him. He wants one of his own really, although Munchy was such a pain when my boyfriend was looking after him last year

Things to do with pets that annoy your partner ............ We all took Mac to the park for a walk yesterday ....... Pete wanted to be "in charge" of the dog, soooooooo, when said dog pooped in the park, I whisked out my poo bag, handed it to him and only after MUCH "I'm not doing this" did he pick it up! "What do I do with it now???" "There's a bin over there". "Can't you take it?" "No, just deal with it! It's part of having a dog" "Well, then, I don't think I want a dog any more." (In jest) My son and I were in stitches over the whole thing.

Hezz, that reminds me of the man next door. he wanted a second dog and his wife said he could have one if he cleaned up the poop. Every few days we hear him retching in the garden while his wife stand in fits of laughter at the door.

My OH has no problems in dealing with dog poop...but cat...that is a COMPLETELY different matter! 6ft 2 no 5 rugby player laid waste by a bit of cat poop...unbelievable!

Sweetpea: I sort my buds out before sorting myself out! If I have been out all day then on my return I sort their food & water before I have even had a drink myself.
That goes for me too, get in from work, starving hungry for dinner and who gets all the attention first?? The buds of course, but that's entirely my own fault!
