Well the cockatiel at work who thinks he is a budgie is at it again, the budgies owner has brought in new nestboxes as eh had taken them all out as he didnt want them ot breed untill growing them on a bit more. Well now the are paring up the cockatiel or budgietiel as i like to call him is once again in the market for a budgie boyfriend. There was a hen sitting on a branch with a male singing to her and giving her kisses, so budgietiel was edging closer slowerly head bobbing and holding his head out for someone to preen him. The the male flew off and a diffrent one came down to sing and kiss the hen so the budgietiel streched out to give the male kisses! He got a kiss of the male and then the hen chaced him off pecking him lol.
He had a budgie boyfriend befor and tey would head bob and kiss each other but then they all had to go back to the breeders when the drains were being fixed and new budgies were brought back so he was alown again. Mean while the other 2 cockatieals who a a pair of males once again want to have chicks and have been eggnapping quail eggs and rolling them into a house on the floor they have claimed are theres.

Talk about breakfast at the zoo! Never a dull moment where you work, PP. Do you ever get any work done? I wouldn't, I don't think. I do remember your cockatiel/budgie from before. Poor thing, I feel sorry. He just wants some lurrrrrve.

Some days I don't no lol. Yesterday he was looking a bit sorry for himself, he has lost more feathers on his head and his eyes were a bit sore so I think a hen has been pecking at him, properly because he keeps sticking his head in there nest boxes

We have an update on the budgieteal, last week he had a male budgie head bobbing and feeding him! So not only does he think he is a budgie he thinks he is a female budgie then the budgie breeder wasn't happy when he was checking on the nest boxes and opened one to find the budgieteal sitting in there.
The pair of boys are still trying to hatch there adopted quail egg. One spends all its time sitting on the egg rocking away. I'd so like to swap it for a chick.

yeah, the pair have abanoned there adopted egg and are now sitting ontop of the budgie's nest boxes. The budgietiel is still doing his thing but not had any time to sit out there to see how thats going for him.
got gamble quail eggs incubating due to hatch mondayish, the finches were moved to a new room but one ended up getting knocked out when a student accidently hit it with a padded bird net, luckerly its padded, poor thing but it was fine after an hour.
