Today I came in to find some wee shreds of beetroot sticking around the bottom part of the feeder which is full of pellets in Woody's cage. "Hmmm - this is stronger evidence" I thought. Then, when I looked up I found myself looking directly at Berry at the feeder in their cage in the ACT OF EATING PELLETS!!!
It might not seem a lot but am excited about this. My aim was to get them to this point in time for spending a couple of nights away in three weeks. To get there early is a real bonus!
I will ask the vet today (going for Woody's 4th injection) whether this means that seeds should be a thing of the past. I hope that it is okay to keep giving them some germinated ones. We'll see.
