Can anyone recommend a good website for budgie toys, a lot of websites seem to be geared up to PARROT toys, are there any websites that cater specifically for budgies
Thanks, Jean

I get mine from either natural bird company, which do budgie sizes. Amazon or Pets at Home have some too.

You can buy budgie sized hand made ones from here as well as toy making parts if you are feeling creative and wish to make your own

If your feeling creative and have an afternoon spare nip to B&Q (or any wood supplier) and have a crack a building them a play centre. The first couple I brought have been them flat packed ikea type ones.... but the one there on now was a custom build... works out a few quid more expensive but you get that satisifaction from building it.
Which brings a good point; what are peoples thoughts on assembly methods, non-toxic glue, nail gun, counter sunk screws etc? Alot of these flat pack play areas use a combination of nails and come with a small pot of glue with no label.

You're welcome. ross82, check out the link below. I have made a couple of play gyms for mine. PVA glue is fine, but I would still be careful of leaving any seeping out where the birds could reach it, .... hot glue gun glue is what was recommended to me by my vet. I have used a hot glue gun and counter-sunk stainless steel screws. I move my gym around quite a bit and found that the glue just didn't quite hold it together after a while. budgerigarsforum.proboards.com/thread/2204/budgie-safe-materials-toys-etc

Really quick delivery from Northern Parrots, my Jo Jo loves the seeded grasses, dived straight for them. Thanks
