I found extremely small (speck of dirt size) bugs on my budgie. I dont know what they are help!

Are you able to post a photo? It is extremely hard to tell without seeing - but they could be a mite which you can get treatment for. Where abouts do you live, are you UK? You may be able to get more help and response in the "budgie HEALTH" section too (sorry Hezz are we able to move this?)

Are you sure they are alive? Are they moving? If yes, than you may have feather mites, or red mites. All external and most internal parasites are treatable on/in budgies by a 0.1% concentration of Ivermectin, available on-line in many places. All birds will need to be treated, and cage, perches and toys disinfected with each treatment of the bird/s.
