I'm not sure either. Could it be mites? Or even rubbing the side of her head somewhere, like on the bars trying to get at something?

Today, i recognized that she has no feather on her eyes and head. I have leant they budgies lose feather at this period but i think this is strange. What do you think? Is this a problem? What should ı do? Some hens remove chest feathers while incubating eggs. It is to have direct contact of skin to eggs for warmth. That is normal, but this is not. There are many reasons for this, but in your case two are more possible than others. One reason can be mites in the nest box, possibly red mites. Put a light white cloth in the nest box during night and check it for tiny spots in the morning. And second and most likely is nutritional cause. On one hand, a hen produces eggs which can cause dietary deficiencies which in turn can contribute to skin and feather disorders. This is when the diet and supplements are lacking or poor, like an extreme lack of nutritional protein. On the other hand, excess of supplements and calcium provided as breeding diet can also affect organ function and immune system. Nest box trauma can also be the reason.
