So what's up with her eye? Theres always some like pin looking feathers and its like her eye feathers are receeding from her eye. Idk I think she may be moulting but this 'thing' comes and goes every bow and then. I think I just may be over reacting but yeah. Thanks for the help everyone!

I have seen small budgies with such feathers around eyes. Those are heavily in-bred (breeding of closely related genetically) budgies and have very poor feather quality. Although they don't have any feather condition.

Well thanks. Now that you speak of the poor feather quality i have seen for the past couple of days that she has been losing feathers. Both down feathers and the small little head feathers. I've been feeding her some eggshells that have been boiled to help. How do you know if they are inbred?

Feed her eggs, as well as the shells - shells provide mostly only calcium; she needs protein - eggs are the best solution for this. She is probably going through a moult, hence the lose of feathers.

All budgies lose feathers, that's fine if there are no bald patches.

Oh yeah, and about the inbred thingy, how do you know that they are inbred? Is it because of certian qualitites or something?

From their small sizes, genetic health issues and overall poor quality.
