HI Gerwyn, I recon if we dropped you in the middle of the Sarah desert with your tools, you would find a skip and all the stuff you needed.......... ;D ;D well done!!

as soon as i get hold of the roofing sheets or ply so i can go all posh and use fibreglass ,and yes i know a man who is a specialist ,best mate in school so will have to have a chat with him on the weekend,will have the carcuss up by next monday

had a couple of hours on the shed today fitted window in and got some trusses up bit cold now so thats it for today,the window is south facing so should have plenty of sun light in the shed regards gerwynmr2

You know, looking at all you guys with your birdrooms, it's amazing what you put together for your birds.
And I was thinking, if I ever had one, I think I'd want a little kitchenette in there, with a fridge, sink and dishwasher. Then again, maybe it's a girl thing.

Then again, maybe it's a girl thing. hi there,stace, as this shed is on the side of the house it will definately have a sink with hot and cold water as i can plumb this in from my downstairs bathroom,central heating ,will be plumbing in 2 radiators as i can connect these from my house central heating,sky tv so the budgies can watch discovery channels, again i will wire this in from the existing multiroom system ,dishwasher and fridge would be a great idea but the wife might miss the ones out of the kitchen which i already use,

You had better put "parent lock" on those discovery channels when you want the birds to have a break from breeding. You know about those mammals and discovery channels. I can't imagine a bird room without a sink and hot and cold running water, as for the dish-washer and fridge, did you check out that skip properly, or just have a boy-look? There was probably one of each in there.

hi all just a quick update for you all no pics but below is the final plan just finished as you can see it is going to be a little bigger than first envisaged ,after approval of the wife,it will now be 30ft long regards gerwynmr2

hi bb yes this is the little one ,mind you it will be 30ft long ,the big one is on hold for now will update on that one as i get the base down ,footings are dug ready ,i want to get this one finished asap so i cansettlebirds and then concentrateon the big build
