What's he eating? If you've introduced anything new into his diet, take it out and replace it with seed and water and see if that helps to clear it up. Budgie tummies are very sensitive so slight changes can cause their poop to change quite dramatically. I'm sure some other forum members who are more experienced than myself will be able to offer further advice.

How is your budgie today?
Are these droppings from one budgie?

Well quite frankly, my budgie just eats an all seed diet. As i've tried to feed it veggies and fruits but there was no avail. And yes, these droppings are from one budgie. It has somewhat stopped now but I would still want to know the cause of this. Also,l could this be considered "normal budgie poop"?

There are lots for normal reasons too for this type of droppings. Like, eating veg and fruit, drinking more water, being in breeding condition, and so on.

However, my budgie does not fall under any of those categories. Well, thank you guys for your help! It was much appreciated! (:

You said that it has stopped now.
