Hi all, as Jane said Busby who was so special to us sadly died last November and is still deeply missed It seems about the right time to have a new friend so we are hoping Budge and BlueJay will enjoy each others company Seems a long wait till Monday.

Oh I hope they will get on. The time will soon pass by. Thank you for taking Budge into your care. I look forward to hearing all about it, with pictures of course.

What a lovely outcome for the little fella, to have another budgie for company, and someone to love and take care of him. Please let us know how he's settling in.

Isn't it strange Moogs - I am the same! For someone that has to have the patience of a saint for budgies and birds, I am SOOOO impatient for everything else?! Go figure?!

I have patience for anything but my oh does not, but Jo can get away with anything, messing his hair (what bit he has) , plays on his new laptop, yesterday took him 10 mins to leave the house because Jo kept sitting on his shoulder and he could not disappoint him, cleans top ledges in the conservatory so Jo does not get dirty, never mind I have been asking him for a year to do them! He has no patience with anything but this little thing turns him into a big softie, he has to have his kisses off him (more than I get sometimes!!! .
