I am happy to announce that Ben's feet (which you folks told me needed treating for scaly mites) have cleared up, after 3 seperate treatments of Invermectin (to both birds) So thanks to everyone for all your help. Should I, now that they are ok, do a 6 month or yearly treatment as a precautionary measure.

Excellent news. I think a lot say 6 monthly, but don't quote me on that

Glad to know that Ben's feet are completely clean - nice work, both of you. A six monthly follow-up is a good thing, and gives them an internal worming as well. Where-ever Ben got them from in the first place, that is still a possibility in the future, so a six monthly spot could nip any new infestation in the bud. Can we have comparison photos of Ben's feet, before and after?? Would love to see his beautifully clean tootsies.
