I think:
Willow is male.
Of Lemon and Lime, the one on the right is male and the one on the left is female.
Also, I'll hazard a guess to say that Willow is a dark green normal, and Lemon and Lime are light green dominant pieds.
I'm not very experienced at this, though, so I could be wrong on all counts.

I'm sorry to put in doubt but I think it is the other way around! LOL! Willow is female, and of lemon and lime one on left is female one on right is male. But as said, someone will be able to give definitive answers soon!

I see what you mean, Sam. To me Willow's cere still looks more like that of the budgie on the right though.

Well, the pair of you have said the same thing - left=girl; right=boy, for Lemon and Lime, and I do agree with that too. I agree with Ira that Willow is a boy.

Thanks for all your opinions. So we will settle with Willow as a boy. His cere looked more purple a week ago. At what age do they get adult cere colours? How do you say "cere"? Also do budgies pair for life or get new partners? I am learning a lot from this forum.

It depends a bit on the individual bird as the when the cere turns. It is usually any time between 6 and 12 months, but it may take longer, and a lot depends on who the bird is with - a dominant female may not go crusty brown, and a submissive male may not blue up brightly at all.

I've no idea on the sex but I've just melted at the photos. Sweet Willow and the adorable lemon and lime!
