Hi. I bought second budgie. First one is female and not tamed. 6 month old. Second one new budgie is male 1 month. I want to tame second one. Does first budgie can make it hard to tame new budgie. They live separate cages. What u offer. I just wanted tamed budgie now i end up with two untamed. I could not tame first obe thats why bought new .any suggestions

In my opinion your 2nd little budgie aged 1 month, (4 weeks old) is too young to be away from the nest.

If they are in separate cages then you shouldn't have any problems. Your first budgie looked pretty young though so should still be possible to tame - as others have said, you just need lots of time and patience.
I don't think you can be sure that your new budgie is a male at this stage - I bought Billie as a young female and after his first moult I realised that he is most definitely male!
One month old is incredibly young. Did you get him from a breeder? Are you intending to put them in one cage eventually or keep them separate?

Thanks a lot. I bought her at the pet store. They told me she is 1 mounth old. After mounth I plan to put hem together in one cage. I hope in one month i will tame her.

If Billie is the bird in your avatar then I think it's a hen. Bigger picture would help.

No, it's definitely blue now and I've not seen any brown crusting since it darkened to blue. He seems to have more 'male' traits too rather than female based on what I have read on the forum.
When the days start getting lighter and brighter I will take some more pics!
