Mine are all fine I've got a 5ft high cage so plenty of space...the other 2 are giving space needed and the breeding pair are happy.
I keep on asking on here how do you get the hen into breeding condition?

You don't. She will come into condition on her own. You just provide the correct diet for her to be in good health. 12 hours of daylight are needed too.

You also need a mineral block and some egg food along with fruit and veg.

You will need to persevere. Keep offering things but I suggest you start with leafy greens as these are closer to their natural native food of wild grasses. They have to recognise what you give them as food, first.

Carrot tops are a huge hit as is spinach in my house. Mashed up boiled egg with the shell is important when breeding or you can buy the dried egg food and mix it with grated veg. They will need this fresh every day when they are feeding baby's too. This is a pic of some i made.

I gave them grated carrot and tops this morning and haven't touched it Mine won't touch anything but their feed and millet either, but it was suggested to me recently to get a mirror toy and put a treat in front of it. This worked for someone, the theory being that their bird saw the "other" bird in the mirror and started eating it to keep the other one from getting it! I don't know if it works, but i'm going to give it a try.
