what happens if she think that is a nest ? If she sees it as a nest she'll want to mate and lay eggs. But she's too young for all that as Hezz says.

they don't look like they have any interest in sex . thanks i will remove it if i see any sign of that.

today they are fighting constantly . mostly female wants everything . when i separate them they also go mad and want to go to each other . i don't know what to do .

Budgies often squabble; that is their nature. With time they may stop this to some extent, and a hen will always win regardless of how you might wish it to be.

i did put them in 2 cages close to each other yesterday. male looks fine but hen just wont stop trying to break out the cage . and i really don't want to put them together what if she take his eye out ?! this is really not cool i think i want to give them away

they are doing better after some separations . now they know i am the boss . but they are almost 7 month old but no sign of changing cere colors ? when they need to change color .
also they lost a lot o feathers and gain a lot . they look mature now .

You will never be the boss of a bird! They just become used to their surroundings, but a bird will always do what it wants to do. They have gone through their first moult, and during this they will be very awkward, with you and with each other. You need to stop worrying about them. Birds will squabble, that's the hen being a hen, nothing more nothing less. If it gets to the point of a serious fight, with blood, then separate them for good. A little squawking and shrieking isn't fighting, you want to come see and hear mine!
