Hello Guys, I know my little Girl is in Breeding Condition and the last couple of Days she has been in the Nestbox quiet a but and rearranging everything and tossing more Shavings out. He is so good to her he feeds her alot and when she is in the Box he is outside waiting for her. Today when i cleaned there Cage and i gave then fresh Fruit and Vegetables i had a closer look at my Girl and to me it looked like she has an EggBum but i wanted to Confirm it with you Guys. I haven't seen them properly Mate yet but i seen some attempts. I know the Female can lay Eggs without a Male been present but i hope that they did Mate.

Yep, looks like egg bum to me. Are you giving her a calcium supplement? Also keep an eye on her poop, late poop is a sign that she is due to lay an egg.

Yes they get calcium and fresh fruit and vegetables. Good diet with seeds and pellets and egg food. Her poop is pretty big. Thank you for the reply

Big poops = eggs Make sure cuttle bone and oyster grit (calcium) is in the cage 24hrs a day. They will only take what they need. Iodine block (mineral block) and charcoal granules also. I mix the oyster grit and the charcoal granules together and leave in a pot hung on the cage. Soft hard boiled egg food and veggies (mine get two finger drawers for each bird a day) all chopped up and mixed together with a tiny pinch of garlic powder twice a week, and two drawers of soaked seed each per day also.
