I have a Hagoromo budgie (male) and an albino budgie (female). When I breed them, will the offspring be a Hagoromo budgie? and how about the offspring?what type of them? Please answer me,thanks you guys!!!

No not necessarily. Depends on what they are split for. Just because you have a male and a female it doesn't mean that they will breed anyway. I have paired budgies up that haven't bred, i split them up and put them with a different bird and they go ahead and breed. You will have a better chance breeding two Hagoromo birds, but again it isn't a certainty. I have a normal blue and a normal green pair, they bred and I got a clearwing dilute sky blue.

At best you would have a 50% chance of the offspring being Helicopter budgies, but that is only if your crested budgie has been bred from two of the same. If your hen has no helicopter gene and your male only one, your chances are more likely around 25%. This might help you understand how it all works a little better: www.ornitho-mutations.com/crests/crest1.htm
