I've just read the whole thread and watched the clips. I enjoyed it so much. Izzy is amazing and it's been fascinating watching the babies grow. I'll be following the thread now. Thank you so much for sharing  |

Thanks guys . No dad isn't doing anything yet skysmum although the bigger baby has started exploring the nest box now and keeps looking out the window. Dad has been just outside so maybe he'll be nosey and look in and hopefully start pulling his weight and helping! Otherwise I'm taking him on Jeremy Kyle!! I'm thinking maybe we have a squawk Jane too?! The bigger one was quite vocal today when cleaning them out! |

After thinking I didn't want to intervene much I am pleased we have started cleaning the nest. It really does get filthy and the poor little one had poop and stuff stuck to its feet. I thought it had deformed feet at first but luckily with warm water and cotton wool it came off.
