I would have cut that first flight time to between four and six weeks, seven at a stretch, so for her to have taken off at around four and a half is great - she always did seem to be the early developer. There was nothing tentative or clumsy about that, either. I wonder if she hasn't been practising while you haven't been looking. |

Violet has now ventured to the outside flight. I thought she (if she is a she - please let me know your opinions from the pictures) would take a while longer but she is pretty inquisitive!   Is Violet a she or will she need a different name?!   Mum and Dad?!  Long lost Uncle, or is this Luke and Darth Vader?  |
