I bet the children are excited, such a lovely thing for them to watch them grow from a little egg.

Congrats, again, Izzy, Rio and Granddad. That camera set up is much more reasonably priced than I expected, Gareth. I am pleasantly surprised; what a great toy to have to play with ....... almost better than a RC helicopter.

It's great, I got it for £34 so should be able to get them cheaper than that link...
I turned out to not be as good a pilot as I thought I was in the end... Had a few crashes and havent flown it since my last mission. Had my worse crash yet and was taken a prisoner of war by the other side. My own fault, shouldn't have been flying it in a no fly zone (the kitchen whilst the Mrs was cooking!)

That is so sweet, has anybody said anything about the egg on it's own in the corner, is it a rejected, infertile or 'empty' one? (I am just catching up so may have missed something!!)

Hi milliej , no that is from one of the hatchlings; a broken egg. Mum is just moving them out of the way at the mo. I think possibly the first two are infertile so far. May have another one hatch tomorrow hopefully.

I was surprised at the cost of the camera too, a bargain and a must have in a breeding box me thinks, its so lovely to see it all unfold

Your co-pilot might be able to stage a rescue mission. Fingers crossed for a number 3 hatching soon.

No no:3 yet but a little clip of the two... When Izzy comes back into the nest she has a little check on one of the eggs. I saw her do this just before no:2 (peanut) hatched....
