The photos really are not good enough to get much of an idea. I feel it might be a hen, but please tell me that is not a round cage you have her in. Birds find round cages very stressful as there is not a corner for them to retreat to. They have to stay vigilant in all directions.

The cage is just temporary. The cage that my other bird Toby is in is a good size and has plenty of room to fly.

I ended up switching cages, because she was having poop stuck to her vent. She is in a small cage that is easy to get her out to clean her vent. I was also worried about how easily the cage knocks over. I actually had another account on here and couldn't figure out how to get back onto it. I had a yellow, green budgie, Sprout who was bit by my cat. Sadly despite vet care she passed away unexpectedly a month later a day before her vet appointment. So with that I'm paranoid about the cat and dogs hurting her.
This morning I was happy to find poop on the bottom of the cage.
